Malepartus Villa

MALEPARTUS is a unique place where every corner is filled with history and a fairy tale. This three-star hotel is set in an ancient German mansion from the early 20th century, which features an elaborate hip roof with an attic floor, wooden terraces and half-timbered glass verandas. Due to the fact that the building has preserved its historical appearance as much as possible, the villa is included in the register of cultural heritage sites of the region. During the reconstruction of the mansion, all original decorative details were preserved.
Hotel MALEPARTUS is located on one of the most picturesque streets of Svetlogorsk - Gagarin Street, which used to be called Hofmannstrasse. Here, among authentic houses of Prussian architecture, surrounded by pine forests, you will immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The name of the city Raushen, which used to be Svetlogorsk, means “whisper”. While relaxing, you can fully enjoy the sounds of nature - the whispering of the forest and the singing of birds, which can rarely be heard in the bustle of the city.
Near the hotel are the main attractions of the city - the Water Tower, the Chapel of the Virgin Mary and Lake Quiet. The road to the sea passes through picturesque parks and squares and takes about 10 minutes.
