Someday Elblong was called a “Gate to the Eastern Prussia». Its favorable location gives a very good possibility to reach from here various corners of former East Prussia.
1st Day:
Evening arrive Elblong and accommodation at city hotel.
Overnight stay in Elblong.
2nd Day:
Morning sightseeing tour of Elblong. In the afternoon we'll continue to the famous Teutonic castle Malbork (Marienburg).
Back to Elblong for overnight.
3rd Day:
Drive to Gdansk where we walk the Old Town and after we visit Oliwa monastery, where in the Romance-Gothic Cathedral the organ music will sound for us. In the afternoon we continue to Sopot — resort town on the Baltic Sea coast.
Overnight in Elblong.
4th Day:
Depart from Elblong to Kaliningrad via Copernicus native town Frombork (Fraunburg) and Olshtyn (Allenstein).
Overnight stay in Kaliningrad.
5th Day:
Sightseeing tour of Kaliningrad which includes the 13th century Cathedral, the tomb of Immanuel Kant, old fortified walls and gated, the Amber Museum and monuments of German sculptors. In the afternoon we drive to Svetlogorsk, a resort on the Baltic coast for a half-day tour and in the evening a concert can be arranged.
Overnight in Kaliningrad
6th Day:
Continue to the Curonian Spit with a picnic in the open air and visit to the Forest museum and ornithological station.
Overnight in Kaliningrad.
7th Day:
Depart Kaliningrad.
